摘要
为降低废钢对钢水质量的影响,本文通过加强废钢质量控制,采取转炉钢水质量预警机制、加强异常废钢检验、杂质分析和建档、宣贯培训、建立有效沟通机制以及微量元素含量超标废钢集中管理等措施,有效地将钢水倒炉样微量元素Cr、Ni、Cu含量控制在0.10%以内、S含量控制在0.050%以内,显著地提高了废钢的优质率,确保了钢水的质量符合国家标准。
Strengthening the steel scrap quality control have been taken to reduce the influence of steel scrap on the molten steel quality,such as early warning mechanism of converter molten steel quality,strengthening the inspection of abnormal steel scrap,classification and filing of impurity on the steel scrap,propaganda and training,establishment of effective communication mechanism and centralized management of scrap with trace element in excess of the standards.The contents of Cr,Ni,Cu and s in the sample of molten steel are effectively controlled within 0.10%,and the contents of S content is controlled within 0.050%.These measures significantly improve the quality rate of steel scrap and ensure the quality of molten steel in line with national standards.
