摘要
针对福建三钢炼钢厂HRB500EN生产过程中,氮含量控制不稳定现象,通过研究转炉各工序氮含量控制的主要影响因素,提出了HRB500EN的氮稳定性控制措施,包括:采用自动炼钢模型将终点碳含量稳定在0.09%~0.14%;当转炉测量枪位稳定在650~800mm时,底吹按0.077Nm^3/t·min氮气流量吹至氧步70%时切换至0.054Nm^3/t·min氩气流量吹氩;严格控制补吹时间在20~25秒以内;稳定出钢时间在3.5~5.5min。攻关后,HRB500EN成品氮控制较为稳定,成品氮命中率为96.41%,较攻关前升高了10.80%。
In view of the unstable phenomenon of nitrogen content control in the production of HRB500EN in the steel-making plant,the main influencing factors of nitrogen content control in converter were studied.And the nitrogen stability control measures of HRB500EN are proposed,The measures include using the automatic steelmaking model to stabilize the end point carbon content at 0.09%~0.14%;the bottom blowing is switched to 0.054Nm^3/t·min argon blowing at the rate of 0.077Nm^3/t·min nitrogen flow to 70%of oxygen step when the measuring gun position of the converter is stable at 650~800mm;controlling the blowing time within 20~25 seconds strictly;stabling the tapping time at 3.5~5.5min.After tackling the key problem,the finished nitrogen control of HRB500EN was stable,and the hit rate of finished nitrogen was 96.41%,which was 10.80%higher than that before tackling the key problem.
