摘要
本文针对国有企业人力资源管理工作中存在的问题提出建议,并摸索国有企业在改革进程中人力资源管理革新的方向,从而提高国有企业人力资源管理的整体水平。
This paper puts forward suggestions for the problems existing in the human resource management of state-owned enterprises,and explores the direction of human resource management innovation in state-owned enterprises in the process of reform,so as to improve the overall level of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.
