摘要
本文以福建省某省属国有企业为例,梳理分析干部队伍担当作为方面存在问题及原因,并就如何更好地激励干部担当作为进行了探索与思考。
Taking a provincial state-owned enterprise in Fujian Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the cadre team's responsibility,and explores and thinks about how to better encourage the cadre to take on the responsibility.
