胸腺肽联合更昔洛韦对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者免疫功能及复发的影响

Effect of Thymosin Combined with Ganciclovir on Immune Function and Relapse in Patients with Herpes Simplex Keratitis

目的:探讨胸腺肽联合更昔洛韦对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)患者免疫功能及复发的影响。方法:选取2015年7月-2017年1月本院收治的HSK患者120例。依据随机数字表法分为肽韦组和单韦组,每组60例(60眼)。单韦组给予更昔洛韦和基础治疗,肽韦组在此基础上给予胸腺肽治疗。比较两组免疫功能(T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、治疗效果、不良反应、复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显高于治疗前,且肽韦组CD3^+、CD4^+水平均明显高于单韦组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肽韦组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于单韦组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肽韦组的不良反应发生率为11.67%,与单韦组的5.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肽韦组总复发率为5.00%,与单韦组的11.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胸腺肽联合更昔洛韦可有效改善HSK患者免疫功能,有利于提高患者治疗疗效及减少其复发,且安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Thymosin combined with Ganciclovir on immune function and relapse in patients with herpes simplex keratitis (HSK).Method:A total of 120 HSK patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into Peptivir group and Monovir group,with 60 patients (60 eyes) in each group.The Monovir group was given Ganciclovir and basic treatment,on this basis,the patients in Peptidovir group were treated with Thymosin.Immune function (T lymphocyte subsets CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+),treatment effect,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ in Peptidovir group were significantly higher than those in Monovir group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of peptidovir group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of Monovir group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Peptidovir group was 11.67%,which was not significantly different from 5.00% in Monovir group (P>0.05).The total recurrence rate of Peptidovir group was 5.00%,compared with 11.67% of Monovir group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Thymosin combined with Genciclovir can effectively improve the immune function of HSK patients,which is conducive to improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence of HSK patients,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
