难治性癌痛患者应用个体化疼痛教育的效果

The Effect of Individualized Pain Education for Patients with Refractory Cancer Pain

目的:探讨难治性癌痛患者应用个体化疼痛教育的效果。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年11月以来在本院治疗的难治性癌痛患者86例,根据患者病历号末位进行分组,单数入对照组,双数入研究组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规癌痛教育,研究组给予个体化疼痛教育。对比两组疼痛程度以及疼痛持续时间、SAS和SDS评分、疼痛教育效果满意度。结果:入院第14天,研究组疼痛程度以及疼痛持续时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛教育效果的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予难治性癌痛患者个体化疼痛教育效果较明显,可有效减轻患者疼痛症状,降低不良情绪对患者影响,提升患者对护理的满意度,提高临床镇痛的疗效。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized pain education for patients with refractory cancer pain.Method:A total of 86 patients with refractory cancer pain treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected,according to the last of their medical record number,odd number as the control group,even number as the study group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given regular cancer pain education,the study group was given individualized pain education.The pain degree,pain duration,SAS and SDS scores,and satisfaction with pain education were compared between the two groups.Result:On the 14th day after admission,the pain degree and pain duration in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the satisfaction of pain education effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,individualized pain education for patients with refractory cancer pain is obvious,which can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the impact of adverse emotions on patients,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,improve the clinical analgesia effect.
