血小板与淋巴细胞比值联合血浆D-二聚体对急性脑梗死患者预后的临床价值

Clinical Value of Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio Combined with Plasma D-dimer in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet to lymphocyte ratio,PLR)联合血浆D-二聚体对急性脑梗死患者预后的临床价值。方法:选取2013年8月-2016年7月因首发急性脑梗死于本院住院患者共110例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据是否发生主要不良心血管事件(major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)分为MACE组(n=30)与非MACE组(n=80)。收集两组临床基本资料及实验室指标,分析急性脑梗死患者发生MACE的危险因素。结果:MACE组PLR与D-二聚体水平均高于非MACE组(P<0.05)。PLR与D-二聚体为发生MACE的独立危险因素。结论:PLR及血浆D-二聚体水平是急性脑梗死患者不良预后独立风险因素。密切监测PLR和血浆D-二聚体水平对判断脑梗死病情进展及预后有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) combined with plasma D-dimer in the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 110 inpatients with first acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2016 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to whether major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) occur,they were divided into the MACE group (n=30) and the non-MACE group (n=80).The basic clinical data and laboratory indicators of the two groups were collected to analyze the risk factors of MACE in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Result:The PLR and D-dimer levels of MACE group were higher than those of non-MACE group (P<0.05).PLR and D-dimer were independent risk factors for MACE.Conclusion:PLR and plasma D-dimer levels are independent risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Close monitoring of PLR and plasma D-dimer levels is of great significance for the prognosis and progression of cerebral infarction.
