压力机滑块运行精度调整方法

摘要 压力机运行过程中保证滑块运行的高精度是压力机制造商追求的目标,压力机精度好坏直接影响冲压件的质量、精度和模具的使用寿命。但是由于加工误差等原因,压力机工作中,滑块底面与工作台板上平面之间存在平行度及垂直度偏差。深入分析平行度、垂直度与滑块行程之间的关系是本文研究的课题。 It is the goal pursued by the press manufacturer to ensure the high precision of the slide during the operation of the press.The accuracy of the press directly affects the quality,accuracy and service life of the die.However,due to processing errors and other reasons,there are deviations in parallelism and perpendicularity between the bottom surface of the slider and the plane of the worktable during the operation of the press.In-depth analysis of the relationship between parallelism,perpendicularity and slider stroke is the subject of this text.
