摘要 为了进一步提高冲剪复合机的自动化程度,能够完全实现无人化生产,本文从结构组成、工作原理、功能实现和实用问题解决几个方面出发,阐述了一种新型对开辊式码垛装置,其功能完善,性能独特,可灵活高效地收集并堆垛前道工序加工完成的工件,通过编程软件智能规划堆垛区域,可完全实现全自动化生产。 In order to further improve the degree of automation of the punching and shearing compound machine and fully realize unmanned production,a new type of folio roller stacker has been described from aspects of structure composition,working principle,function realization and practical problem.The stacker has complete functions and unique performance.It can flexibly and efficiently collect and stack the workpieces processed in the previous process.The stacking area can be intelligently planned through the programming software,which can realize the full automated production.
