The steel pile flipper is an auxiliary tool for the erection of extra-long steel piles of deep-water jackets.It can change the state of the steel piles from being parallel to the sea surface to being perpendicular to the sea surface.Because of the special shape and rotation of the steel pile turner,the lifting operation of removing is difficult.The most reasonable method for hoisting the steel pile turning device has been put forward,which has been successfully applied in actual offshore engineering projects.
