摘要
本文介绍了碳纤维复合材料的优良特性以及利用传统接触式机械切割碳纤维复合材料的缺陷,结合国内外关于激光切割碳纤维复合材料的相关研究,阐述了不同激光参量如脉冲能量、重复频率、切割速度以及波长等对激光切割碳纤维复合材料的质量影响,对激光切割产生热影响区的几种分析方法进行了详细总结,并在最后展望了激光切割碳纤维复合材料的发展趋势。
The excellent characteristics of carbon fiber composite material and the defects of using traditional contact mechanical cutting carbon fiber composite material have been introduced in the text.In combination with domestic and overseas related research on laser cutting carbon fiber composite material,the influence of different laser parameters including pulse energy,repetition frequency,cutting speed and wavelength to the quality of laser cutting carbon fiber composite material has been elaborated.Several analysis methods of laser cutting heat-affected zone have been summarized in detail and finally the development trend of laser cutting carbon fiber composite material has been prospected.
