Discussion on the effective development of skills competition in vocational colleges

当前,各职业院校以参加和承办各类"技能大赛"为突破口来提升学校自身的社会影响力和招生吸引力。在技能大赛发展过程中,逐渐出现一些"弊端"制约了大赛的健康发展。本文先对职业院校开展技能大赛的重要性进行论述,接着就制约技能大赛开展的因素进行分析,继而探究有效开展技能大赛的实施方案,指导各职业院校顺利、有效、健康地开展成效性高的"技能大赛",以期促进职业院校的发展。

At present,various vocational colleges use the participation and hosting of various"skills competitions"as a breakthrough to enhance the school’s own social influence and enrollment attractiveness.In the long-term development process of the skills competition,some"disadvantages"have gradually appeared which restricts the healthy development of the competition.The importance of the development of the skills competition in vocational colleges has been firstly discussed in the text,then the factors which restrict the development of the skills competition have been analyzed.Furthermore,the implementation plan for effectively carrying out the skills competition has been explored,which guides the vocational colleges to successfully,effectively and healthily carry out the highly effective"skills competition"and promotes the development of vocational colleges.
