五花茶颗粒联合多西环素对玫瑰痤疮患者临床症状积分的影响

目的探究五花茶颗粒联合多西环素对玫瑰痤疮患者临床症状积分的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年12月于本院治疗的80例玫瑰痤疮患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗+多西环素治疗,观察组采用常规治疗+多西环素+五花茶颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、IGA评分及临床症状积分。结果观察组患者的临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的IGA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者瘙痒、红斑、丘疹脓疱症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五花茶颗粒联合多西环素治疗玫瑰痤疮患者的治疗效果显著,可降低IGA评分,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect of Wuhuacha Keli combined with doxycycline on the clinical symptom score of patients with rosacea.Methods The clinical data of 80 rosacea patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 was retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment+doxycycline treatment,and the observation group received conventional treatment+doxycycline+Wuhuacha Keli treatment.The clinical efficacy,IGA score and clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the IGA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of pruritus,erythema,papules and pustules in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuhuacha Keli combined with doxycycline has a significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of rosacea patients,which can reduce the IGA score and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
