凸轮型FAI患者通过髋关节镜下治疗对髋关节活动度和功能的影响

Effect of hip arthroscopy treatment on hip joint mobility and function in patients with cam-type FAI

目的探讨髋关节镜下治疗对凸轮型股骨髋臼撞击综合征患者髋关节活动度和功能的影响。方法选取本院骨科2017年8月至2018年5月收治的80例凸轮型FAI患者作为研究对象,均给予髋关节镜下治疗。比较治疗前、治疗后1、6个月患者的关节VAS评分、Harris功能评分,以及关节活动度和X线指标测量结果。结果治疗后6个月,VAS评分、Harris评分显著优于治疗前及治疗后1个月,且治疗后1个月VAS评分、Harris评分显著优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,内旋、外展、屈曲、伸直外旋情况均显著优于治疗前及治疗后1个月,且治疗后1个月内旋、外展、屈曲、伸直外旋情况均显著优于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、6个月,患者X线的α角、CE角显著小于治疗前,偏心距显著大于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节镜下治疗对凸轮型FAI患者疗效显著,可改善凸轮型FAI患者髋关节活动度和功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of hip arthroscopy on hip joint mobility and function in patients with cam-type femoral acetabular impingement syndrome.Methods 80 patients with cam-type FAI who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from August 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects,and they were treated under hip arthroscopy.The joint VAS scores,Harris function scores,and joint mobility and X-ray index measurement results of patients before treatment,1 month after treatment,half a year and 6 months were compared.Results Six months after treatment,the VAS score and Harris score were significantly better than before and 1 month after treatment,and the VAS score and Harris score were significantly better than before treatment 1 month after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,half a year of internal rotation,abduction,flexion,straightening and external rotation were significantly better than before treatment and 1 month after treatment,and 1 month after treatment of internal rotation,abduction,flexion,and straightening.The rotation situation was significantly better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 6 months after treatment,the angle ofαand CE at 1 month and half a year after treatment were significantly smaller than before treatment,and the eccentricity was significantly larger than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hip arthroscopic treatment has a better effect on patients with cam-type FAI,and can significantly improve the hip joint mobility and function in patients with cam-type FAI.
