瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产采取米非司酮与依沙吖啶联合治疗的应用效果研究

Application of Mifepristone and Ethacridine in Induction of Mid-term Pregnancy in Scar Uterus

目的探讨瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产采取米非司酮与依沙吖啶联合治疗的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年12月本院收治的80例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予依沙吖啶治疗,观察组患者给予米非司酮与依沙吖啶联合治疗,观察两组临床效果及相关手术指标。结果观察组宫缩开始时间、胎盘娩出时间均明显短于对照组,产后出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组引产成功率明显高于对照组,软产道裂伤发生率、胎膜胎盘残留发生率、清宫率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取米非司酮联合依沙吖啶对瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产可缩短产程时间,提高引产成功率,降低清宫率、软产道裂伤发生率、胎膜胎盘残留发生率,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with ethacridine on induced labor of scarred uterus in the second trimester of pregnancy.Methods 80 cases of induced abortion of scarred uterus in the second trimester of pregnancy in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with ethacridine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with mifepristone and ethacridine.The clinical effects and related surgical indicatorsof the two groups were observed.Results The time of uterine contraction and placenta delivery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induced labor in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of soft birth canal laceration,placenta remnants and uterine curettage rate were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with ethacridine for induction of mid-term pregnancy with scarred uterus can shorten the labor process,improve the success rate of induction,reduce the rate of uterine curettage,the incidence of soft birth canal laceration,the incidence of residual placenta and membranes,which is more safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
