影像学技术评估冠状动脉微循环损伤的研究进展

Advancement of imaging technology for coronary microcirculation dysfunction assessment

摘要 冠状动脉微循环损伤是目前缺血性心脏疾病再灌注手术预后的重要风险因素之一。近年来的相关研究表明,评估冠状动脉微循环可以辅助诊断早期心脏供血类疾病或判断心肌缺血再通的预后情况,具有重要的临床意义。本文首先从病理生理学角度阐述了冠状动脉微循环及微循环损伤的定义,其次从工程学角度概述了若干影像学技术对冠状动脉微循环的探查方法及优劣,并提出了相关的研究展望。 Coronary microcirculation dysfunction(CMVD)is an important risk factor for the prognosis of reperfused ischemic heart.Recent studies showed that the evaluation of CMVD has significant impact on both the early diagnosis of heart diseases relevant to blood supply and prognosis after myocardial reperfusion.In this review,the definition of CMVD from the perspective of pathophysiology was clarified,the principles and features of the state-of-theart imaging technologies for CMVD assessment were reviewed from the perspective of engineering and the further research direction was promoted.
