摘要
介绍12R22.5轻量化驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 082 mm,断面宽300 mm,行驶面宽度237mm,行驶面弧度高8mm,胎圈着合直径570mm,胎圈着合宽度240mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.987,花纹深度21 mm,花纹饱和度78.5%。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体安全倍数、带束层安全倍数、胎圈安全倍数均符合设计要求;采用一次法成型机成型和热板硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求,且质量小于同规格驱动轮胎。
The design of 12R22.5 lightweight driving tires was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 082 mm,cross-sectional width 300 mm,width of running surface 237 mm,arc height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570 mm,bead width at rim seat 240 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.987,pattern depth 21 mm,and block/total ratio 78.5%.In the construction design,using two-formula and two-piece tread,3×0.24/9×0.225 CCST steel cord for carcass,3×0.20+6×0.35 HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.35 HI steel cord for 3# belt and 3×7×0.20 HE steel cord for 0° belt.The safety factors of the carcass,belt and bead all met the design requirements.Tires were built by using one-stage building machine and cured by using a hot platen vulcanizing press.The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance performance met the requirements of national standards,and the tire was lighter than other driving tires of the same size.
