摘要
当今时代发展对人才素质提出了新的要求,更为强调个体发展的全面性以及个体要具备终身学习的能力和品质。为适应此时代要求,幼儿园教育有必要改革当前集体教学至上的现状,从重视教师的讲授走向重视幼儿的个别化学习。个别化学习更为关注幼儿在学习过程中的主动参与和自主探究,注重对幼儿个性化学习需求的满足,能够更好地促进幼儿学习品质和能力的发展。幼儿园应加大区域活动在整个课程体系中所占的比例,完善活动课程,提升教师专业能力,为幼儿的个别化学习提供有效的外部支持。
Although group teaching is one of teaching forms in kindergarten,the development of the times has put forward new requirements on the quality of talents,which emphasizes more on individual’s whole development and qualities and abilities of lifelong learning.Kindergartens have been required to reform their education from focusing on teachers’teaching to respecting children’s independent learning.Individual learning pays more attention to children’s active participation and independent exploration in the learning process,which can better meet children’s personalized learning needs,and is helpful to improve children’s learning qualities and abilities.To provide for children enough individual learning chances,kindergartens should strengthen the use of area activities,the construction of curriculum,and the professional abilities of teachers.Children need support from their environment and teachers when they learn and explore actively and individually.
