摘要
将TiCl4溶液和HF溶液混合,在不同温度条件下(120℃、160℃和180℃)水热反应16 h制备出不同温度下水热合成的多孔纳米TiO2样品。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜图(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜图(HRTEM)和比表面积(BET)对多孔纳米TiO2样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:不同温度下水热合成的多孔纳米TiO2样品都是单纯的锐钛矿相晶体结构。多孔纳米TiO2样品的平均晶粒尺寸随着水热反应温度的提高而明显逐步增大。单个120℃制备下的多孔纳米TiO2纳米颗粒上有许多个细小的孔结构,暴露的为锐钛矿相的{101}晶面。多孔纳米TiO2样品对降解结晶紫都表现出优秀的光催化性能,其中光催化活性最高的为120℃下制备的样品,30 min结晶紫的降解率高达88.4%。
Porous nano TiO 2 samples were prepared by hydrothermal method at different temperature conditions(120℃,160℃and 180℃)for 16 h via reaction between TiCl 4 aqueous solution and HF solution.The structure and morphology of porous nano TiO 2 samples were characterized with XRD,TEM,HRTEM and BET measurement.The results were as follows:The porous nano TiO 2 samples prepared by hydrothermal method at different temperature conditions were all pure anatase structure.With the increase of the hydrothermal temperature,the nanoparticle size of the porous nano TiO 2 samples obviously increased.Single porous nano TiO 2 nanoparticle prepared by hydrothermal method at 120℃obtained many fine pore structures,and exposed{101}facets of anatase.The porous nano TiO 2 samples performed well photocatalytic property for the degradation of crystal violet(CV).Especially,the optimal photocatalyst was the porous nano TiO 2 sample prepared at 120℃,and its 30 min degradation rate was as high as 88.4%.
