农村不动产权籍调查数据入库及有关问题探讨

以温州市瓯海区不动产权籍调查项目为例,针对农村宅基地和农房确权登记的主要工作,讨论“房-地”一体的不动产权籍调查数据库的建立,从而为不动产统一登记发证工作提供基础支撑。基于WalkRE不动产权籍调查测绘系统平台,以不动产权籍调查的主要路线和工作流程为基础,探讨项目实施过程中遇到的常见问题及其解决办法。

Taking the real estate register investigation project in Ouhai District of Wenzhou City as an example,in view of the key work of the rural homestead and houses confirmation and registration,discuss to make the real estate registration database with the integrated land-house,so as to provide the basic support for the unified registration and certification of real estate.Based on the platform of WalkRE Rural Real Estate Register Survey and Mapping System,based on the main route and workflow of real estate cadastral survey,this paper discusses the common problems encountered in the process of project implementation and their solutions.
