WorldView-2立体影像的电力勘测精度分析

摘要 本文利用WorldView-2立体卫星影像补充电力勘测航空摄影资料,减小由空域管制等因素造成的航空摄影数据不足的影响。首先结合外控数据利用Pixel Grid进行WorldView-2影像预处理与区域网平差,然后通过EARDAS LPS对平差后影像进行立体重构并进行精度检查。该方法已在青海-河南±800 kV特高压输电线路工程中进行实验,成果精度满足工程勘测要求。本文所提方法在电力工程勘测工作中航空摄影资料不足时具有一定借鉴意义。 This paper uses WorldView-2 satellite stereo images as additional data to reduce the impact of aerial photography insufficient caused by airspace regulation in electric power survey.First,we use Pixel Grid to perform WorldView-2 image pre-processing and block adjustment in combination with field control data,then,reconstructing stereoscopic of adjusted image and check data processing accuracy with ERDAS LPS.This method has been tested in Qinghai-Henan±800 kV UHV power line project,and the accuracy of the results meets the engineering survey requirements.This method has certain refe-rence significance in the case of aerial photographic data insufficient in power engineering surveys.
