抗生素联合阴道栓剂在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the effect of antibiotics combined with vaginal suppositories in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis

目的:探究在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中应用抗生素阴道栓剂的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月我院收治的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者88例作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗;观察组行抗生素联合阴道栓剂治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非淋菌性宫颈炎患者经抗生素联合阴道栓剂治疗的临床效果显著,有效降低了不良反应发生率,具备良好的安全性,建议临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of antibiotic vaginal suppositories in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods:Taking August 2018-August 2019 as the research time interval,a total of 88 patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis admitted from our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the control group using the random number table method.Observation group has two groups,each with 44 cases.The control group was treated with azithromycin;the observation group was treated with antibiotics combined with vaginal suppositories.The clinical treatment effects and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of antibiotics combined with vaginal suppository treatment for patients with nongonococcal cervicitis is significant,which effectively reduces the incidence of adverse reactions and has good safety.It is recommended for clinical application.
