胎儿不良结局与妊娠合并症及并发症的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between adverse fetal outcomes and pregnancy complications and complications

目的:探析胎儿不良结局与妊娠合并症及并发症的相关性。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月胎儿不良结局产妇300例,作为观察组;选取同期妊娠结局正常产妇300例,作为对照组。比较两组新生儿脐带、胎盘病理改变情况,分析胎儿不良结局与妊娠并发症及合并症的相关性。结果:观察组绒毛发育不良、绒毛纤维蛋白样坏死、脐带形态异常、胎盘过大、脐带血管堵塞、绒毛血管扩张等改变率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎儿不良结局与妊娠合并症及并发症之间存在明显相关性,一个胎盘可能有多种病因与病理改变。结论:胎儿不良结局与妊娠合并症及并发症存在明显的相关性,临床上需加强对产妇的健康宣教,及时筛查、及时干预治疗,以降低不良结局的发生率,提升分娩质量。

Objective:To explore the relationship between adverse fetal outcomes and pregnancy complications and complications.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,300 pregnant women with adverse fetal outcomes were selected as the observation group.300 pregnant women with normal pregnancy outcome were selected as the control group.We compared the pathological changes of umbilical cord and placenta between the two groups,and analyzed the correlation between adverse fetal outcomes and pregnancy complications and complications.Results:In the observation group,the change rates of villus dysplasia,villous fibrin like necrosis,abnormal umbilical cord morphology,placental enlargement,umbilical cord vascular occlusion and villous vascular dilatation were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between adverse fetal outcomes and pregnancy complications and complications,a placenta may have multiple causes and pathological changes.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between adverse fetal outcomes and pregnancy complications and complications,in clinical,we need to strengthen the health education of pregnant women,timely screening,timely intervention treatment,so as to reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes,and improve the quality of delivery.
