生理盐水洗鼻治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察生理盐水洗鼻治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治过敏性鼻炎患者50例,按入院顺序分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规药物治疗;研究组在常规药物基础上联用生理盐水洗鼻治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组用药后短期总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组远期疗效及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生理盐水洗鼻可显著提高过敏性鼻炎患者的短期疗效,且治疗安全性较高,但无法有效改善远期疗效。 Objective:To observe the effect of nasal irrigation with 0.9%normal salinein the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:From January to December 2019,50 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and divided into the two groups according to the order of selected,with25 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional drug therapy.The study group was treated with nasal irrigation with 0.9%normal saline on the basis of conventional drugs.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The short-term total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,thewith difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of long-term efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nasal irrigation with 0.9%normal saline can significantly improve the short-term efficacy of allergic rhinitis patients,and the treatment safety is higher,butcan not effectively improve the long-term efficacy.
