雷公藤多苷片联合小剂量糖皮质激素对特发性膜性肾病患者疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with low dose of glucocorticoid in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy

目的:研究雷公藤多苷片联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗特发性膜性肾病(IMN)的效果。方法:2016年2月-2017年5月收治IMN患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组给予小剂量糖皮质激素治疗;观察组在糖皮质激素基础上给予雷公藤多苷片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h-up)水平均低于对照组,血白蛋白(ALB)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗IMN,可有效降低蛋白尿,改善肾功能。

Objective:To research the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with low dose of glucocorticoid on idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN).Methods:From February 2016 to May 2017,76 cases of IMN patients were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid.The observation group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polygly tablets on the basis of glucocorticoid.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)and 24 h of urine protein(24 h-up)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the albumin of blood level(ALB)of the observation group was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with low dose of glucocorticoid in the treatment of IMN,it can effectively reduce proteinuria and improve renal function of patients.
