中医药治疗34例儿童自闭症的临床观察

Clinical observation of 34 cases of children with autism treated with traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨随着年龄增长自闭症患儿中医症状改善变化的趋势和特点。方法:收集已确诊为自闭症并坚持服用中药且症状明显改善的患儿34例,观察患儿七项中医较典型症状的改善情况,并按年龄分组统计,分析单项症状改善的变化趋势。结果:七项症状均有不同程度改善,其中语言方面等六项症状改善总体上随着年龄增大逐渐趋于平缓,即症状改善越来越不显著,提示核心病机的改变。结论:中医药治疗应在儿童自闭症发生的早期介入,且对于5岁以上大龄儿童应及时根据核心病机的变化做出调整。

Objective:To explore the trend and characteristics of improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms in children with autism with age.Methods:A total of 34 children who were diagnosed with autism and took traditional Chinese medicine and their symptoms were significantly improved were collected,theimprovement condition of seven typical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was observed,and the trend of individual symptom improvement was analyzed according to age groups.Results:All the seven symptoms were improved to varying degrees,and the improvement of the six symptoms in terms of language gradually leveled off with the increase of age,that is,the improvement of symptoms became less and less significant,indicating the change of core pathogenesis.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine therapy should be used in the early stage of autism in children,and should be adjusted according to the changes of core pathogenesis in older children over 5 years old.
