优质护理在门诊护理中的效果和患者满意度分析

摘要 目的:分析优质护理在门诊护理中的效果和患者满意度。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年4月门诊患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理模式;观察组采用优质护理。比较两组护理满意度、焦虑与抑郁情绪、挂号时间、检查等候时间及护患纠纷率。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑与抑郁情绪、挂号时间、检查等候时间及护患纠纷率等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施优质护理干预,对门诊患者具有改善心理状态的效果,且护理满意度明显提高。 Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in outpatient nursing and patient satisfaction.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,86 outpatients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing mode.The observation group was given high quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression,registration time,examination waiting time and nurse patient dispute rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression,registration time,examination waiting time and nurse patient dispute rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing interventions has the effect of improving the psychological state of outpatients,and the nursing satisfaction is significantly improved.
