老年股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术后应用体位护理的效果研究

Effect of postural nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement

目的:分析老年股骨颈骨折患者人工股骨头置换术后应用体位护理的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治老年股骨颈骨折患者119例,随机分为两组。两组均实施人工股骨头置换术,对照组给予常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上给予体位护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者护理后生活质量各项评分及护理满意度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年股骨颈骨折患者人工股骨头置换术后应用体位护理的临床效果显著,患者生活质量得到明显提升,护理满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of postural nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,119 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected,they were treated with artificial femoral head replacement and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The study group was given postural nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of postural nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement is significant,the quality of life of patients is significantly improved,and nursing satisfaction is high.
