导乐陪伴分娩模式在初产妇分娩中的效果及对产妇妊娠结局的影响

The effect of Doula's accompanying delivery mode in delivery of first-born women and its impact on maternal pregnancy outcomes

目的:探究导乐陪伴分娩模式在初产妇分娩中的效果及对产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:2018年11月-2019年5月收治初产妇90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组行常规护理;观察组行导乐陪伴分娩模式。比较两组产后抑郁、难产、产后大量出血、剖宫产、早产情况及精神状态。结果:观察组产后抑郁率、难产率、剖宫产率、早产率及产后大出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:导乐陪伴分娩模式应用于初产妇效果显著,可有效改善产妇妊娠结局及其精神状态,提高产后生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Doula accompanied delivery mode in the delivery of primiparous women and its effect on maternal pregnancy outcomes.Methods:From November 2018 to May 2019,90 primiparas were slected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received Doula accompanied delivery mode.The depression,dystocia,massive postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,preterm delivery and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results:The postpartum depression rate,dystocia rate,cesarean section rate,premature delivery rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The model of Doula accompany delivery has a significant effect on primipara.It can effectively improve the pregnant outcome and mental state of primipara,improve the quality of life after delivery.
