儿童保健医生在髋关节发育不良筛查中的重要作用分析

Analysis of the important role of child health doctors in screening for hip dysplasia

目的:分析儿童保健医生在小儿发育性髋关节发育不良早期筛查中发挥的作用。方法:选取2019年1-10月儿童保健门诊实施满月健康检查的婴幼儿862例,并对筛查结果实施统计分析。结果:所有婴幼儿中,表现出DDH阳性体征129名,其中女91例,男38例。在91例阳性体征女婴中,DDH 15例,其中髋关节不稳固9例、髋关节发育不良4例、髋关节半脱位2例;在38例阳性体征的男婴中,DDH 2例,其中髋关节不稳固1例、髋关节发育不良1例。女婴DDH检出率超过男婴,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童满月体检时对髋关节实施早期筛查,对DDH进行及时诊断、治疗起着关键作用,使DDH的治疗率获得明显提升,儿童保健医生在婴幼儿发育性髋关节发育不良的早期筛查中发挥着关键性的作用。

Objective:To analyze the key influence of child health doctors in the early screening of pediatric developmental hip dysplasia.Methods:From January to October 2019,862 infants who underwent full moon health examination in the child health clinic were selected,and the screening results were statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 862 infants and young children screened,129 infants and young children showed DDH-positive signs,of which 91 were girls and 38 were boys.Among 91 girls with positive signs,the number of DDH was 15,of which 9 cases were hip instability4 cases were hip dysplasia,and 2 cases were hip subluxation.Among 38 boys with positive signs,The number of DDH was 2 cases,of which 1 was hip instability and 1 was hip dysplasia.The DDH detection rate of girls is higher than that of boys,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Early screening of hip joints during children's physical examinations plays a key role in timely diagnosis and treatment of DDH,which makes the treatment rate of DDH It has been significantly improved,so that the treatment rate of DDH can be significantly improved.
