医改新政下基层检验科的发展机遇

Development opportunities of primary laboratory departments under the new policy of medical reform

目的:在新医改政策背景下,我国临床医疗发生很大改变,不管是结构还是体系均发生较大变化。在这种情况下,基层检验科未来发展也产生了一系列改变,同时医改政策深入落实后,对于该类工作更是提出了新的要求,并产生新的需求。面对人口老龄化及基层医疗全面覆盖社区群体等一系列改变后,健康检查、预防接种、传染病防治、妇幼保健、老年保健及慢性病管理均会涉及基层检验科,这样就为整体检验科工作带来了很大考验和挑战。为了有效应对发展机遇和发展要求,需要通过一些加强措施进行针对性优化,以提高基层检验科的发展成效,普遍性提升基层检验科自身工作水准和工作素质,以便积极应对医改。

Under the background of the new medical reform policy,the clinical medical treatment in our country has changed greatly,both in the structure and the system.In this case,the future development of the primary laboratory departments have also produced a series of changes and after the implementation of the medical reform policy,new requirements for this kind of work are put forward,new needs are also generated.In the face of a series of changes,such as the aging of the population and the comprehensive coverage of primary health care,medical examination,vaccination,prevention and control of infectious diseases,maternal and child health care,elderly people's health care and chronic disease management will all involve primary laboratory departments,which will bring great tests and challenges to the overall laboratory departments.In order to effectively meet the development opportunities and development requirements,some strengthening measures are needed to improve the development effectiveness of primary laboratory departments,in order to positively response the medical reform,we should improve the working standard and quality of the primary laboratory departments.
