工程设计-采购-施工总承包(EPC)是我国目前推行的一种主要总承包模式,已在诸多领域和行业被推荐使用,是未来流行的一种承包模式。该文分析了EPC模式实施的必要性、优势和劣势,并针对存在的问题提出了对策建议,旨在为歙县地区推行该模式提供理论依据。

EPC is one of the most important general contracting modes in China,which has been recommended in many fields and industries.It is also a popular contracting mode in the future.This paper introduces the necessity and feasibility of implementing this mode,analyzes some advantages and disadvantages in the EPC mode and gives some suggestions,so as to provide some theoretical basis for the implementation of this mode in She county.
