基于霍尔三维结构理论的火电厂DCS日常管理研究

摘要 DCS作为火电厂发电机组的操作、监视、控制的核心系统,它的稳定运行直接影响发电企业的安全生产和发电机组的可靠稳定运行。为了实现火电厂发电机组的稳定运行,DCS就必须进行科学有效地管理和维护,运用霍尔三维结构理论并结合DCS管理实际情况和特点,通过对发电机组的DCS日常管理进行科学的规划和设计,对DCS日常运行产生的问题进行提前预防和应对,总结出一套有效和适用的DCS管理方案和措施,确保DCS可靠稳定运行和发电机组的长周期安全生产。 DCS is the core system of operation,monitoring and control of generating units in thermal power plants.Its stable operation directly affects the safe production of generating enterprises and the reliable and stable operation of generating units.In order to realize the stable operation of generating units in thermal power plants,DCS must be managed and maintained scientifically and effectively.Using Hall three-dimensional structure theory and combining with the actual situation and characteristics of DCS management,through scientific planning and design of the daily management of DCS of generating units,the problems caused by daily operation of DCs are prevented and dealt with in advance,and an effective and applicable DCS management is summarized Manage scheme and measures to ensure reliable and stable operation of DCS and long-term safe production of generator unit。
