基于民办本科院校教师队伍建设的问题与对策探究

国强重在人才,育人重在教师。教师质量是高等院校可持续发展的生命线。提高学校的办学质量的关键是如何提高教学师资队伍的建设问题。教学师资队伍的整体水平是否合理,标志着一所大学的办学水平是否达标;教学师资队伍质量是否满足人才培养目标,决定着高校教育教学质量是否得到根本性的保证;教学师资队伍建设是否满足教学需要,决定着是否能够培养高质量的学生。民办本科院校作为高素质应用型人才的培养基地,势必拥有一支高素质的教学师资队伍。本文从民办本科院校教学师资队伍建设的必要性,深入分析产生问题的原因以及针对问题提出解决民办本科院校教学师资队伍建设的对策三个方面进行探究。
