摘要
莫来石互锁结构材料以莫来石棒状晶粒作为微观结构单元,通过棒状晶粒之间的相互交叉连接形成网络框架结构.本文以叔丁醇基凝胶注模成型法制备莫来石互锁结构材料,以CeF3作为添加剂,考察CeF3引入后材料的微观形貌及发光性能.研究过程中,采用差热-热重法对粉体原料的高温反应过程进行分析,以X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对试样的物相组成和微观形貌进行分析,并采用荧光光谱仪对试样的发光性能进行测定.
Mullite inter-locked structural materials were constructed by the mullite rod-like grains.The mullite rod-like grains inter-locked with each other and formed isotropic frameworks.In this work,the TBA(tert butyl alcohol)-based gelcasting method was applied for preparing the mullite inter-locked frameworks,and CeF3 was used as the additive.The microstructure and luminescent property of the mullite inter-locked structural materials with CeF3 added were detected.The high-temperature reaction procedure of the raw material powders was analyzed by the thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis.Meanwhile,the phase composition and microstructure of the samples were detected by the X-ray diffraction analysis and the scanning electron microscope,separately.Besides,the luminescent property of the sample was analyzed by the spectrofluorometer.
