摘要
目的探讨心理弹性、焦虑、抑郁对新型冠状病毒肺炎(CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019,COVID-19)期间抗疫医护工作者睡眠总体质量的影响。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表、焦虑、抑郁自评量表和心理弹性量表对167名抗击COVID-19医护人员进行研究分析。结果抗疫一线医护人员睡眠总体质量参数中只有催眠药物和睡眠效率两项显示正常,其余各项均显示失常;入睡时间及睡眠质量(PQSI总分)失常比率高于50个百分点;COVID-19期间医护工作者除睡眠障碍、睡眠效率外,睡眠质量总分和其他因子都显示跟心理状态(抑郁、焦虑)正向相关(P<0.05),跟心理弹性负向相关(P<0.05);COVID-19期间医护工作者的心理弹性水平对睡眠质量(PQSI总分)有着逆向预计效果,焦虑对睡眠质量(PQSI总分)有顺向预计效果。结论抗击COVID-19期间医护人员的睡眠质量差,焦虑、抑郁自评量表以及睡眠质量指数量表能够客观反映睡眠质量,适度合理地用一些镇静药物,能够提升心理弹性基线,进一步提高睡眠总体质量。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of mental resilience,anxiety and depression on the overall sleep quality of medical staff fighting against COVID-19.METHODS The Pittsburgh Sleep Index,Self-rating Anxiety and Depression Scale,and resilience Scale were adopted to study and analyze 167 medical workers who were fighting against COVID-19.RESULTS Among the overall sleep quality parameters of anti-epidemic frontline medical workers,only hypnotic drugs and sleep efficiency were normal,while the rest were abnormal.The abnormal rate of sleep time and sleep quality(PQSI total score)was higher than 50 percentage points.During COVID-19,except for sleep disorder and sleep efficiency,the total score of sleep quality and other factors were positively correlated with psychological state(depression and anxiety)(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with mental resilience(P<0.05).The mental resilience level of medical workers during COVID-19 had a reverse predictive effect on sleep quality(PQSI total score),while anxiety had a positive predictive effect on sleep quality(PQSI total score).CONCLUSION Medical staff fighting against COVID-19 have poor sleep.The anxiety and depression self-rating scales and sleep quality index scales can objectively reflect the sleep quality of medical workers.Appropriate and reasonable use of some sedatives can improve the baseline of mental resilience and further improve the overall sleep quality.
