乡村振兴战略背景下西部地区县域电商发展策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着电子商务的迅猛发展,我国乡村经济正努力抓住难得的机遇,各具特色的县域电商模式不断涌现,极大地促进了县域经济的发展。但是,西部地区存在着县域经济发展水平偏低、民众电商参与意识落后、资源缺乏合理规划与开发利用、农产品上行困难、资金和电商人才匮乏等问题。应当鼓励当地融合O2O休闲旅游,打造优势特色农产品产业链,加强品牌建设与保护,解决农产品上行难题,依托产业资源培养域内电商人才,进一步发展县域电商。 Along with the rapid development of E-commerce which is a rare opportunity that Chinese rural areas are making great effort to seize,county scale e-commerce patterns with all kinds of characteristics are constantly emerging and have greatly promoted economic development in those areas.However,there exist such problems as low development level of county scale economy,low participation of folks in e-commerce,lack of reasonable planning and exploitation of resources,difficulty of marketing agricultural products,low brand effect and shortage of fund and e-commerce talents in western regions.Therefore,it is necessary to encourage local areas to integrate O2 O leisure tourism,forge industrial chains for characteristic and advantageous agricultural products,enhance brand construction and protection,solve the problem of difficulty in marketing agricultural products,cultivate ecommerce talents in the areas by relying on industrial resources,and further develop county scale e-commerce.
