少数民族特色村寨旅游扶贫发展路径研究——以罗城仫佬族自治县大勒洞屯为例

Research on Development Pathways of Poverty Alleviation through Tourism in Stockaded Villages with Minority Characteristics:Case study of Daledong Hamlet,Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County

罗城仫佬族自治县大勒洞屯属少数民族地区、滇桂黔石漠化片区,是我国第二批少数民族特色村寨,旅游资源禀赋高,具备旅游产业发展基础。但贫困程度较高,在旅游扶贫过程中存在少数民族文化异化、利益分配机制不健全、生态环境问题等困境。基于此,探索出合理规划开发、保护少数民族文化、转变扶贫理念、完善旅游扶贫收益机制、建立旅游生态环境补偿机制等破解路径,对大勒洞屯贫困人口脱贫致富、发挥少数民族特色村寨旅游扶贫作用具有重要意义。

Daledong Hamlet of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County is not only a minority region and lies in Yunnan-Guangxi-Guizhou stony desertification area,but also a characteristic minority stockaded village listed as one of the second batch of its kind in our country.It has high endowment of tourism resources and is provided with a foundation for development of tourism industry.However,it is suffering from such predicaments as high degree of poverty,dissimilation of minority culture that exists in the process of poverty alleviation through tourism,incomplete system of benefit distribution,prominent ecological and environmental problems etc.On this basis,for poverty alleviation of the poverty stricken population of Daledong Hamlet and for giving play to poverty alleviation through tourism in stockaded villages with minority characteristics,it is of great importance to track out reasonable planning,development and protection of minority culture,change poverty alleviation ideas,complete the mechanism for allocation of income from tourism and establish a compensation mechanism for tourism ecology and environment.
