摘要 随着对应用分布式能源的大力支持,以及放开增量配电网投资业务的稳步推进,增量配电网的运营管理及规划建设面临新的挑战。基于非合作完全信息博弈理论,构建分布式能源运营商、电网公司与电力用户的友好互动关系,兼顾系统经济性与用户用电满意度,对用户制定用电策略进行正向引导,并视为用电需求,进而优化分布式能源出力,制定电网公司售电定价策略。仿真结果表明,所提的方法可以在有效提高用户舒适度的同时,实现增量配电网各主体经济利益趋于最优,验证了所提出模型的有效性。 With the vigorous support for the application of distributed generations and the steady advancement of the incremental distribution network investment business.the operation management.planning and construction of the incremental distribution network are facing new challenges.Based on the non-cooperative complete information game theory.a friendly interactive relationship between distributed generation operators.power grid companies and power users is built.Take the system economy and user power consumption satisfaction into account.positively guide users to formulate power consumption strategies.and regard them as demand for electricity.thus the output of dis-tributed generation is optimized and electricity sales pricing strategies for grid companies are formulated.The simula-tion results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the user's comfort while realizing that the eco-nomic benefits of each subject of the incremental distribution network tend to be optimal.verifying the effectiveness of the proposed model.
