随着新一轮国资国企改革大幕的拉开,中国经济必将面临深刻变革,依靠单纯扩大投资的粗放模式已经走不通了,煤炭企业必须通过高质量发展、精益化管理,培育新的经济增长点。文章分析当前经济形势对煤企发展的影响,从煤企管理的构成要素,提出精细化管理是推进煤企管理升级的重要抓手。

With the opening of a new round of reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises,China's economy is bound to face profound changes.Relying on the extensive mode of simply expanding investment,coal enterprises must cultivate new economic growth points through high-quality development and lean management.This paper analyzes the impact of the current economic situation on the development of coal enterprises.From the elements of coal enterprise management,it proposes that fine management is an important grasp to promote the upgrading of coal enterprise management.
