摘要
磨料水射流作为一种较新的高能束流加工方法,几乎适用于所有材料加工,且作为唯一的冷加工方式有其独特优势。但由于缺少可以准确控制材料去除的理论,从而制约着其加工精度的提高和应用范围的拓宽。本文通过实验研究磨料水射流加工工艺参数对不同钢材材料去除率的影响,利用单因素和正交实验的方法对45钢、4340高强钢和1Cr11NiW2MoV(铬镍钨钼钒马氏体耐热钢)进行材料去除率的实验,通过量纲分析方法建立了相关的预测方程。结果表明,在所选工艺参数范围内,压力和进给速度对材料去除率影响明显,而磨料粒径的影响最小;材料去除率的实验值与预测值变化基本一致,整体最大误差不超过16%。
Abrasive water jet is a new process method of high energy density beam,suitable for almost all material processing.This only cold machining method has its unique advantages.However,due to the lack of theory that can accurately control the material removal,the improvement of machining accuracy and the expansion of application range are restricted.In this paper,the influence of the processing parameters of abrasive water jet on the material removal rate of different steels is studied by experiments.The material removal rate experiments are carried out with 45 steel,4340 high-strength steel and 1Cr11NiW2MoV by single factor and orthogonal methods,and the relevant predictive models are established by dimensional analysis.The results show that in the range of the selected process parameters,the process parameters that have a significant impact on the material removal rate are pressure and feed rate,while the impact of abrasive particle size is least significant.The prediction values are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data,with the overall maximum error not more than 16%.
