摘要
不锈钢含有Cr、Ni、Ti等合金元素,抗腐蚀性能优异,但同时在切削加工中存在韧性大、强度高、导热性差、切屑粘附性和加工硬化性较强等问题。普通管螺纹丝锥在攻丝时极易发生粘屑胀牙、咬死扭断和螺纹烂牙等不良情况。本文针对普通管螺纹丝锥在不锈钢攻丝时遇到的难点,借鉴不锈钢专用钻头的部分设计思路对其进行了优化。
Stainless steels contain Cr,Ni,Ti alloy elements,making them excellent in corrosion resistance,but this also leads to high toughness,high strength,poor thermal conductivity,chip adhesion and work hardening in cutting.Ordinary pipe thread taps are prone to sticky chips,swelling teeth,biting and twisting,and rotten teeth.Concerning the difficulties encountered by ordinary pipe thread taps when tapping stainless steels,some of the design ideas of special stainless steel drills are used to improve and optimize the pipe thread tap.
