摘要
介绍了激光对中仪的使用情况、研究现状和基本原理,分析了激光对中仪测量数学模型及算法,并通过试验对该测量原理及算法进行了验证。结果表明,比对差值不超过0.01mm,从而验证了理论分析和试验数据的一致性。从测量原理出发,提出了该类激光对中仪的校准方法。
The application,research status and basic principle of laser alignment instruments are introduced in this paper,the mathematical model and measuring algorithm are analyzed,and the measuring principle and algorithm are verified by experiment.The results show that the comparison difference is not more than 0.01mm,thus the consistence of theoretical and experimental data are verified.The method of calibrating laser alignment instrument is put forward based on measuring principle.
