摘要
以MAA、BA、BEM、AM为单体,DAP为交联剂,采用乳液聚合制备缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂,对乳液性能的影响因素进行探究。结果表明:乳化剂用量为5%,引发剂为0.25%,聚合温度85℃,预乳液滴加3.5小时,所制备的乳液稳定性好,增稠性能佳。
A kind of associative alkali swelling thickener is prepared by emulsion polymerization of MAA,BA,BEM and AM as monomers and DAP as the crosslinking agent.And the influence factors of emulsion performance are investigated.The results show that:the total amount of emulsifier is 5%,the initiator is 0.25%,the polymerization temperature is 85℃,and the pre-emulsion is dripped for 3.5 hours,the prepared emulsion have good stability and good thickening ability.
