摘要
探究复方白千层精油药液的抑菌活性。通过滤纸片扩散法和正交设计试验,得出抑制白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳配比的复方白千层精油药液。抑制白色念珠菌的最佳配比是:白千层精油1.5%(体积分数),金银花浓度为125 mg/mL,茵陈浓度为250 mg/mL,绿茶浓度为62.5 mg/mL。抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳配比是:白千层精油6%(体积分数),金银花浓度为62.5 mg/mL,茵陈浓度为250 mg/mL,绿茶浓度为250 mg/mL。复方白千层精油药液具有较好的抑菌作用,为口腔产品的研发提供了可靠的实验依据。
To explore the antibacterial activity of compound Baiqiancei essential oil.Through the filter paper diffusion method and orthogonal design test,the best ratio of compound Albicans albicans and Staphylococcus aureus essential oil was obtained.The optimal ratios for inhibiting candida albicans were 1.5%(volume fraction),125 mg/mL honeysuckle,250 mg/mL wormroot,and 62.5 mg/mL green tea.The optimum ratio for inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus was 6%(volume fraction),the concentration of honeysuckle was 62.5 mg/mL,the concentration of wormwood was 250 mg/mL and that of green tea was 250 mg/mL.Compound Baiqiancei essential oil has good bacteriostatic effect,which provides a reliable experimental basis for the research and development of oral products.
