紫草有机口红的制备研究

The Research on the Preparation of Organic Lipstick with Alkannin Element

目的:拟对紫草有机口红的制备工艺做一研究初探,并为开发高安全性的天然有机口红提供实验参考。方法:本实验以紫草为原料,通过醇提法得到紫草红素,并通过正交设计优化口红的配料比,最后注模得到紫草有机口红成品。结果:通过正交实验得,紫草有机口红最佳配料比为:霍霍巴油︰白蜂蜡︰紫草红素=3︰6︰1,此条件下口红的涂展度、显色、稳定性等综合效果最佳,并具有较好的保护唇部皮肤的功效。结论:紫草有机口红是一款安全性良好的天然有机口红,具有较好的市场开发价值与前景。

Objective:This paper intends to study the preparation technology of organic lipstick of alkannin Element and provide experimental reference for the development of high safety natural organic lipstick.Methods:The experiment was carried out to obtain alkannin element from shikonochrom by alcohol extraction,and the ratio of lipstick was optimized by orthogonal design.Finally,the final product of shikonochrom was obtained by injection and demoulding.Results:Through the orthogonal experiment,the best ingredient ratio of the organic lipstick was jojoba oi︰beeswax︰alkannin element=3︰6︰1.Under this condition,the comprehensive effect of the lipstick was the best,including the spread,color and stability,and it had a better effect of protecting the lip skin.Conclusion:The organic lipstick is a natural and organic lipstick with good safety,which has good market development value and prospect.
