右美托咪定(DEX)是一种高选择性α-2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,既具有镇静、催眠、抗焦虑、镇痛、以及降低交感神经张力等作用,同时对呼吸系统的抑制轻微,DEX以其独特的药理作用,常作为临床上麻醉的辅助用药。以往研究表明DEX对于心,脑等核心器官具有良好的保护作用,近期研究发现DEX对肾脏也具有良好的保护作用。该文对DEX对肾功能的保护作用及可能的机制进行了概述。

Dexmedetomidine(DEX)is a highly selectiveα-2 adrenergic receptor agonist,which has the effects of sedation,hypnosis,anti-anxiety,analgesia,and reduction of sympathetic tone.The suppression of the respiratory system is slight.With its unique pharmacological effects,DEX is often used as an auxiliary medicine for clinical anesthesia.Previous studies have shown that DEX has a good protective effect on the heart,brain and other core organs.Recent studies have found that DEX also has a good protective effect on the kidneys.This article provides an overview of the protective effects of DEX on renal function and possible mechanisms.
