摘要
针对湖南某危险废物处置单位接收的含铜废蚀刻液,采用氨化+蒸氨+高效逆流脱氨+四级吸氨工艺,制备高品质氧化铜、硫酸铜。实践证明该前端处置工艺在蚀刻液资源化领域有较高实用性,能一次性解决蚀刻废液中铜和氨氮的回收问题,相对末端处置有较好的优势。工艺废水可考虑零排放解决方案,采用UF+RO浓缩后,利用多效蒸发,制备工业盐,用于线路板蚀刻子液的配制,对环境友好,真正实现全部资源化利用。
Aiming at the copper containing waste etching solution received by a hazardous waste disposal unit in Hunan Province,the process of ammoniation+ammonia evaporation+efficient counter current deamination+four-stage ammonia absorption was adopted to prepare high-quality copper oxide and copper sulfate.The practice shows that the front-end disposal process has high practicability in the field of etching solution recycling,which can solve the problem of copper and ammonia nitrogen recovery in the etching waste liquid at one time,and has better advantages compared with the end treatment.The zero discharge solution can be considered for the process wastewater.After concentration by UF+RO,the industrial salt is prepared by multi effect evaporation,which is used for the preparation of etching solution of circuit board.It is environmentally friendly and truly realizes the full resource utilization.
