碟式分离机在润滑油净化中的应用

Application of Disc Centrifuge in Lubricating Oil Purification

润滑油被广泛运用在机械行业中,但是润滑油在使用后会成为废油,如果不加以处理,不仅浪费资源,还污染环境。因此,采用碟式分离机来分离润滑油中的水分和杂质,能有效净化润滑油,使得润滑油能重复利用。本文通过试验来观察碟式分离机对含杂质润滑油的分离效果。试验结果表明,JOS6碟式分离机能够较好的对润滑油进行净化。

Lubricating oil is widely used in the machinery industry,but it will become waste oil after use.If it is not treated,it will waste resources and pollute the environment.Therefore,the use of a disc centrifuge to separate moisture and impurities in the lubricating oil can effectively purify the lubricating oil,so that the lubricating oil can be reused.This article observes the separation effect of the disc centrifuge on lubricating oil containing impurities through experiments.The test results show that the JOS6 disc separator can better purify the lubricating oil.
