摘要
镁合金作为一种绿色环保的合金材料,具有明显的材料优势,包括密度小、刚度强、尺寸性能较好、利于加工、成本较低等,并广泛应用于多行业领域中。基于此,本文就压铸镁合金零部件性能特点进行阐述,分析压铸镁合金缺陷带形成的机理,并具体研究压铸镁合金零部件工艺改进措施。
As a kind of green and environmental protection alloy material,magnesium alloy has obvious material advantages,including low density,strong stiffness,good dimensional performance,easy processing,low cost,and is widely used in many industries.Based on this,this paper describes the performance characteristics of die-casting magnesium alloy parts,analyzes the formation mechanism of die-casting magnesium alloy defect band,and specifically studies the process improvement measures of die-casting magnesium alloy parts.
